The Gables is a masterplanned estate in one of Sydney’s fastest-growing communities. The new town centre — opening in early 2026 with a Woolworths supermarket, childcare and medical centres, pharmacy, gym and a mix of specialty stores, restaurants and cafés — needed commercial closures matching the precinct’s contemporary design while meeting security expectations across both customer-facing and service zones.

The KRGS Solution
KRGS supplied a combination of Series III Aluminium and Steel Roller Shutters. The Series III aluminium units were used for shopfronts and public-facing areas, offering a sleek, corrosion-resistant finish without compromising strength. Steel Roller Shutters were installed in back-of-house and service zones where durability and impact resistance were required. Each shutter was custom-manufactured to the site specifications, with both motorised and manual options installed across the project.
