Cameron Park Plaza was conceived as a vibrant, modern shopping centre combining convenient shopping and local services with a new benchmark for casual dining in the area. The centre — due to open in mid-2020 with a full-line Woolworths plus 24 specialty stores, restaurants and an alfresco dining precinct — needed Woolworths’ shopfront secured without compromising airflow.

KRGS Doors installed Series III Aluminium Roller Shutters to the front of Woolworths to meet the specification, with perforations allowing airflow.
The Outcome
The Outcome
Woolworths’ regional development manager Andrew Asvestas described the area as “one of the fastest growing suburbs in Lake Macquarie” — Census figures show the residential area grew by 4,200 people between 2006 and 2016, reaching around 8,000.
