Cameron Park Plaza is set to be a vibrant, modern shopping center with a view to being a fusion of convenient shopping and local services, whilst creating a new benchmark for casual dining in this affluent trade area.
Cameron Park Plaza is due to open mid-2020 and will ultimately feature a full line Woolworths along with 24 specialty stores and restaurants, including an impressive alfresco dining precinct. KRGS Doors have installed their Aluminium Series III Roller Shutters to the front of Woolworths to meet the specification, this included perforations to allow airflow.
Woolworths regional development manager Andrew Asvestas described the area as “one of the fastest growing suburbs in Lake Macquarie”. According to Census figures, the relatively young residential area grew by 4,200 people between 2006 and 2016 to a population of around 8,000.
