The NSW team recently kicked off the manufacturing of the KRGS Steel Roller Shutters for the loading docks at Caddens Corner, a new neighborhood shopping destination in western Sydney and part of The Quarter, Penrith’s new health and education precinct. One Steel Roller Shutter is 14000mm wide by 4500mm high. Working with Mainbrace KRGS Doors worked on the solution for manufacturing and also installation onsite. Along with the Steel Roller Shutters, the first tenancy is the BWs which will have a KRGS 19mm Aluminium Grille installed on the front.
Caddens Corner will include approximately 9,000sqm retail space with a full-line Woolworths supermarket, a diverse mix of specialty shops, a new food and dining precinct, a childcare centre, a medical centre and a gym. The centre itself is a key component of Western Sydney University’s Western Growth strategy – an ambitious works program set to re-shape the University’s campus network.
