The redevelopment saw the Mall double in size, with the addition of a new Coles supermarket, a refurbished Woolworths and Big W and over 20 new speciality retailers, making it the shopping destination of choice for residents and visitors to the region.
The redevelopment of Gowrie Street Mall has offered excellent access to and from Singleton’s CBD, with the new design to maximise customer traffic flow and store visibility. Increased convenience, quality of service and choice awaits shoppers at Gowrie Street Mall. KRGS offered a number of solutions for the varying and difficult requirements. These included new shop front shutters, kiosk and loading dock requirements to be met.
