Sydney Cricket Ground – Series II Aluminium Shutters & Steel Shutters

The Sydney Cricket Ground, originally built in 1882, is considered by many as one of the most iconic sporting stadiums in Australia, if not the world, and is home to a number of sporting teams including the Sydney Sixers Cricket Team, the NSW Blues Cricket Team and the Sydney Swans Football Club. With a capacity of 48,000 and hosting Tests, One Day International, Twenty20 cricket matches, as well as AFL and some Rugby League games, the stadium is a vital part of Australia’s sporting culture. The $197.5 million development, expertly managed and co-ordinated by AW Edwards, involved the construction of the new MA Noble, Don Bradman and Dally Messenger stands. These upgrades saw the requirement for suitable security aluminium roller shutters and steel roller shutters for all food outlets in the grandstand stand.
