KRGS Doors shortly to start work on REVY Apartments at Pyrmont, The Royal Edward Victualling Yard (Revy) project, is the adaptive reuse of an eight level, heritage listed building into 44 luxury apartments with communal roof garden. The works also include the construction of a three level basement carpark, new external lifts cores, a roof top communal space and extensive public domain works. Being heritage listed this can sometime be a challenge, but working with the Architect and builder KRGS’ team of experts overcome any hurdles that were raised.
