The NSW team recently kicked off the manufacturing of the KRGS Steel Roller Shutters for the loading docks at Caddens Corner, a new neighborhood shopping destination in western Sydney and part of The Quarter, Penrith’s new health and education precinct. One Steel Roller Shutter is 14000mm wide by 4500mm high. Working with Mainbrace KRGS Doors worked on the solution for manufacturing and also installation onsite. Along with the Steel Roller Shutters, the first tenancy is the BWs which will have a KRGS 19mm Aluminium Grille installed on the front.
Cameron Park Plaza is set to be a vibrant, modern shopping center with a view to being a fusion of convenient shopping and local services, whilst creating a new benchmark for casual dining in this affluent trade area. Cameron Park Plaza is due to open mid-2020 and will ultimately feature a full line Woolworths along with 24 specialty stores and restaurants, including an impressive alfresco dining precinct. KRGS Doors have installed their Aluminium Series III Roller Shutters to the front of Woolworths to meet the specification, this included perforations to allow airflow

This new multi-purpose centre will see the creation of a community-focused centre, library and art gallery at the Granville Memorial Park site. The large footprint including 1000sqm Library with back of house, storage and offices, 1000sqm Art Gallery and multipurpose arts spaces, 1500sqm Community Centre including a large hall and multipurpose rooms, youth facilities, commercial kitchen, new pool entry including café and kiosk areas, storage and amenities facilities, multi-sports courts and playground.

The first one based at Sutherland in NSW for Bupa Health, The Second property is for BaptistCare based at Kellyville in NSW This is just a number of retirement villages KRGS doors have been involved in, including Kiama, Menangle and Cardiff.
